Patiently waiting for the second part of the translation
I had 2 people in talking about more of this, but only one stuck out long enough to donate. After a massive delay cuz of a hellish project, I’m finally starting to work on next scenes of this one.
I think you should do the translation slowly for the sake of your sanity
Only for almost 200 pages, it cost $170. Wow, that seems a lot to me
Well, initially, 170 bucks seem a lot. But if you really count in all the work that’s going in to one page, I think it’s quite fair.
These pages here seem well-done. It’s not only the translation, but also other things. Redrawing for example.
Biribiri didn’t just blank the japanese text, but has actually redrawn it in a seamless way.
With that said,I have to agree with you in some way. Paying 170 bucks is too much for me. If there was a donation goal or something similar, where multiple people can throw in smaller sums, I’d definitely consider it. But it’s too much to pay at once for many, including me.
Luckily there wasn’t much redrawing to be made this time. I probably would never accept working on it otherwise.
As for the donation goals – I just didn’t get around to doing anything like that yet. Very much like with this initial piece, it’s totally possible to only ask for a bit of it done. It’s impossible for anyone to drop money to do the whole thing, and I know it. Ideal would be splitting it per scene or two depending on the length (the scenes would be between ~40 and ~90 pages)… both for anyone interested in it, and for my sanity.

How much to commiss the whole set starting from the translated page?
I didn’t check how many empty pages there are, but there’s like over 1.1k remaining. You’ll have to mail me for details, but let’s just say that this part was like $170.
How much for more just asking
As I mentioned above. Seeing how there’s some interest, I think I should at least count the images etc (and maybe split it by scenes since there’s still over 1k of images).
