They have a pretty interesting "assistance" program in this story. I wonder if the guys are volunteers who ask to be tested to see if they can become a "supporter", or if the government tests all the men in the country, and those that qualify are kind of forced into it? It seems more like the latter, since they describe it as being a duty, and the guys basically have to stop whatever they are doing the moment they get a text from the government. Not like many guys would complain about it… 😉
