Nah, Kuroko is meant to be annoying with all the "Onee-sama" complex, but Misaka is just awesome – like here (3:30-4:02).

Dammit, I know how you feel. Just for Uiharu though, Kuroko and Misaka seems like annoying characters.
With all these doujins for the anime coming out, I'm tempted to actually start watching the anime 😛
