@Zathael
You need a html5 browser that supports Blobs with javascript. Anything released in the last year should work.

I wouldn't trust any addon from any file hosting service that asks me to install it including mega and those listed above, but the mega addon isn't a requirement. What it "offers" is the ability to close the tab while downloading (since the whole file has to be loaded in your browser and decrypted before you can "download" it) and fixes memory leaks. Not a requirement, don't like it than don't install it.

If you have to install 50 MB of "shady ware" to download from mega you should probably install a real browser you creep.
I switched to chrome from IE and never had a problem with mega. In fact only that place and sendspace allows a free user to DL right after a DL has finished as long as you do one at a time. RG allows only one DL every 2 hours. Never tried FF though. I had been paying for DF (DepositFiles) but all but 2 of the sites I go to seem to have dropped that so I stopped. But seeing as I'm not paying for these awesome translations (and even if I had the dough to) the file hosting is up to biribiri.
I don't particularly care if MEGA is added or not, but it works fine for me and I belay my FF updates. Mediafire is a different story – or was, back when it didn't suck.

MEGA has none. If they're telling facebook (>socnet account faggot) what your interests are, it's server-side.
RG's solvemedia outsource sometimes amuses me, the captchas can be witty when they're not shitvertising. RG is sensitive to lockup though, blocks IP for two hours on a slow captcha.
I've had no problem with Mega on Chrome (it does seem to have problems with Firefox, and if you use IE, well, that's just wrong in every way) the three used here can be flaky but they do work.
iMEGAy is an obnoxious sack of manatee defecation that wants you to have the latest version of everything, installs some 50mb shady ware on your drive for "downloading purposes", and pretty much wants you to have a browser that is compatible with their site…
The above are a dozen times better than that sorry excuse…
Anyway, thank you for the awesome and bubbly Emua work, biribiri and Flammz..!
Awesome. Many thanx BB and Flammz.

can’t download anything from your site… those links… stinks…
…and this is why I will never understand how some of thee DL sites work. I have *never* been able to download anything from Mega. I personally think the whole purpose of that site is to troll people. "Oh, you thought you would be able to download something from us? HA!"
On the flipside, I can use *any* of the links biribiri provides with no problem whatsoever. Whenever anyone complains about it, I always think there must be something wrong with their computer. *shrug*
In any case, this chapter is quite good, although it does introduce more "DRAMA". I can only hope that everything comes out all right in her end. 😉
Many thanks biribiri and Flammz.
