MFW stands for "My Face When". So, biribiri's face when he saw you complaining about the ad not working was :O, which is "shock/surprise".
So, it isn't that you did anything to apologize for, more like he is shocked that people actually care about the ads enough to tell him when they aren't working. In other words, he is probably *happy* that you said something, not angry.
When it comes to Nendo, it is always a trial for one's loins…

Yeah, next one already in production. I hope this book is gonna be popular. Nendo seemed to move to less questionable girls some time ago (at least physically). I can't say I don't like that personally, though. It's nice to see some boobs drawn by him.
