and no, the age doesn't matter, she must look like a little girl and this girl definitely doesn't xd have you read "ichinensei ni nacchatara"? the main character is a 16-17-year-old boy who is transformed (against his will) into a 6-7-year-old girl, this is loli because she (or he) does really look like a loli after the surgery xD another example is chibiusa from sailor moon xD she really is 907 years old (aprox) and, of course, is a loli xD
some time ago i found a photo of yotsuba being compared with another girl of her series, and there was very well explained which is loli and why; I can't remember where I found it or if I saved it and where..
It's okay, L.L. Must of us understand that technically, she's not a loli. But! That still doesn't change the fact that she's here to play the loli position among the group. If she looks like a loli, she'll be labeled as such no matter how old she is, no matter where you go. You fight a losing battle, my friend. You won't convince anyone (here, at least) that she isn't here to be the loli of the group. So you should just go back to enjoying the H-manga goodness.

Oh FFS, I don't normally comment on these topics, but seriously L.L. I hope you're joking. But even if you are you've taken the joke too far. We get it, you don't think the loli tag belongs. You've made your case, move on. I'm a loli fan, I get where you're coming from but you're beating a dead horse. Move on with life, there's other things to do. Arguing about the loli-ness of a character is pretty stupid. Get over it, go outside, do something else.

Truth be told, this book does use the "She's a hundreds of years old vampire, so it's ok!" excuse, but anyone can tell that her entire purpose in this book is to give the loli-lovers something to fap to. If that makes you uncomfortable, I can understand it. But don't try to deny the fact that she is *blatantly* drawn to be a loli character.

Doesn't change the fact that some people find her looking too young and that my tags are only clues as to what to expect — please do not mistake them for official tags at any time. To be honest, we could get away without tags at all, but I arbitrary decided that I'll be using them to avoid people whining about reading something they didn't want to.
