From how you wrote it out, it sounds like you think liking NTR is a bad thing, whereas lolicon seems to float your boat. Let's not judge anyone here – we like what we like and it doesn't make us monsters in real life. You're not (I hope not) a pedofile in real life, and I'm not (hopefully not) a rapist.
I don't know why you'd feel "downright wrong" over something like Hentai. Are you serious?

BTW, shouldn't NTR be in the glossary? I know plenty of people know what it is, but not everyone does. I only learned what it meant after suffering through a few of them.
I wasn't trying to split hairs. Witnessing a person they love doing that sort of thing with someone else is a very painful thing. While NTR generally connotates something more severe, and seems to suggest that the loved one is leaving the character, so it's not entirely so. However, the situation brushes close; Kanako is in a sense taking her brother from her, he even says before the sex even started that he'd prefer her, meaning that she is in a sense being abandoned, which seems to come at least as close as betrayal as I see it. The girl loves her brother, she feels like he's being taken away, she sees him being seduced, and he seems to throughout the thing come more and more to put Kanako first. I shouldn't have said it counts as NTR, but it's close in some ways.
I don't view NTR to be any situation where two people have sex and one doesn't. However, if one person loves another person, and an outside party comes in and suddenly takes that person, and the first person sees it happening, I'm going to see some similarities. This isn't complete netorare, and it's resolved well with a follow-up chapter, something I wish more real NTRs had.
BTW, how I'd heard it, netorare takes the kanji for "sleep"(ne) and the kanji for "take", and to my knowledge the first kanji doesn't have a connotation that implies gender. I think it would be closer to say it's "taking someone's bed partner", though I don't necessarily consider it a requirement for the victim to already be lovers. One of the worst setups I saw, which fit too well for me not to use the term, is centered on a guy looking to get a girlfriend, viewing his close childhood friend as an almost guaranteed win, only to discover that she and all the other girls he likes will do anything that has a thing, though she won't do him.
A girl cannot be netoare'd unless it's yuri because that means "to steal someone's wife/lover" lol. You could maybe say reverse NTR but it's still not.

Imho calling this NTR is overreacting at least at this point. I mean, this would make every story with any person loving(or not exactly, since we don't know anything about sister yet) someone, that has sex with some third party a NTR story. It would breach hentai world in two fractions, indiscriminately calling each story with more than two people, where only two of them have sex a NTR story. The key word for NTR is betrayal (and maybe rape) as far as I'm concerned and this doesn't apply to this chapter at all.

Then maybe I should precise that I was thinking about chapters 7 and 8 from this book, that was a brainwashing rape story with a lot of bondage and toys – compared to that, this chapter is really "normal" to say the least.
I believe this, like the last item, would count as NTR. Just because it's the guy who's doing someone else doesn't change that in my book. That said, this is one of the few netorare I know that doesn't just feel downright wrong, mostly because I've seen the raws and know that this isn't the end of it. It's not a bright and cheerful story, but it's still good.
As far as cleavage, I'd say A, maximum B, but doesn't have to be washboard. It's sick to see a small kid with massive mammaries, but this is within the acceptable limits.

Lolis with a little development are good sometimes, Hinoka Katagiri and Hokama Mitsuri are also good in that regard. Tsurupettan is and should be the standard, but it's cute when it looks like they're trying so hard. Then again I'm just a hopeless lolicon.
