I don't think my opinion is that valuable, but I agree that the bottom panel is supposed to look like that. I think it is drawn that way to represent how from her point of view, she started to look over her shoulder, but then things happened so fast that the next thing she knew, she was in the dark room being felt up by "a molester".

It is not twisted – look, how straight the black line between previous box and the bottom is – same goes for right margin. It is intended by the artist, like in movies, when screen goes blurry when something moves really fast and unexpectedly. It means the assaulter turns her around and pushes inside forcefully (here I'd like to hear Zathael's opinion though).

Yeah, "When you let go of my hands" isn't really NTR material. Basically, it is about a girl who becomes "dirty" after all the sex she has with random guys, but there is only one guy she really cares about, and she finally gets together with him in the end, but still feels kinda dirty.
I've read those 4 chapters by Takenoko Seijin and its definitely worthy of Rage. Its not technically NTR since the guy and the girl were never 'together' in the first place. Just really close childhood friends. But the NTR theme is definitely there. Its got a happy ending so its not all rage. The story was a pretty hot topic a couple years back.
What you're calling ragefap is probably better defined as netorare (shortened in NTR), meaning something like "having your woman stolen from you"… You could do worse than have a look at this blog to find out more about it.
By the way, I've run a search in my 63 GB of translated stuff and that's what I found:
"When you let go of my hand" is by Takenoko Seijin. That story continues with "You've said it now", "Gotta be true to yourself" and "When our hands met again after so long". The raws have been published on Comic Megastore and collected in the tankoubon "Shiawase shoujo" released this February.
I don't know if it's a NTR storyline as I've yet to read it myself, though…

I gave up gathering manga – when I started downloading them, I gathered over 13dvds (I didn't have big enough HDD, so this was the only way to archivise it), after this I got fed up, now I'm just leaving the ones that have translating potential (when I actually download something of course).
And yeah, this artist has quite unique way of storytelling, stay tuned for more ^__^ I think it's worth it.

I was hoping it but its not happen, oh well. at least i love the face expression of the girl in this chapter and that last page really got me.

I can't find my ragefap collections, when I searching my download folder, it full of 25GiB unorganized collections of my translated hentai doujin(HOLY SHIT!!!)
i just remember one of them was called "when you let go of my hand" or "when you hold my hand". ragefap kind of doujin is hard to find translated so I don;t have much of them.
